Climatul educațional constituie o caracteristică definitorie a clasei de elevi, un factor important în obținerea performanței, un atribut managerial care afectează randamentul școlar la toate nivelurile. Clasa este o comunitate – aceasta este ideea de la care porneşte totul. La început, nimeni nu ştie (mai) nimic despre celălalt; rostul jocurilor prezentate în acest curs exact acesta este: să ne ajute pe noi, cadrele didactice, să facilităm relaționarea dintre elevii clasei noastre (şi, dacă este posibil, şi cu cei de la alte clase), astfel încât la terminarea unui ciclu şcolar (dacă nu cumva chiar mai devreme) să avem nu o clasă de elevi, ci un grup de prieteni.Ideea generală a acestor jocuri este aceea de a stimula atât creativitatea (pentru că, în definitiv, în funcție de aceasta, atât profesorii, cât şi elevii vor putea dezvolta/improviza, astfel încât activitățile didactice să fie cât mai captivante şi cât mai dinamice), dar mai ales realizarea unui colectiv unit, în care fiecare ştie despre celălalt mai mult decât „mica bârfă”, anume nevoile sale, plăcerile sale, ceea ce îl supără pe cel de lângă sine, ceea ce îl face fericit pe celălalt – şi nu doar pentru a le şti, ci pentru a le folosi şi a fi de folos celuilalt.
